After a lengthy process that can take up to 10 years, the skilled jimadores of Casa Siete Leguas face the challenges of nature by expertly harvesting the agaves on the steep slopes.
Through the hard work and skill of our team, the piñas are transformed into this unique tequila that we are proud to present as we celebrate the first seventy years of our company.
