These monastic gardens, revered as spaces for worship and contemplation, also served a practical purpose by providing sustenance and medicinal plants to the monks and their esteemed guests.
Drawing inspiration from ancient monastic texts, Vicario embarked on a meticulous journey, meticulously selecting and blending over 15 aromatic herbs and spices to create a captivating maceration. As an homage to these renowned religious orders, the resulting elixir bears their name.
