Waterloo Gin is made by Treaty Oak Distilling in Dripping Springs, in the Texas Hill Country west of Austin, whose original name, Waterloo, gives the brand its label. Founded in 2006 by Daniel Barnes, Treaty Oak makes its flagship Waterloo No. 9 with eleven botanicals including lavender, ginger and Texas pecans, plus a Barrel-Aged Gin rested in oak and a Prickly Pear & Rose Gin with cactus fruit and hibiscus.
